CMS PTO Meeting Notes - 12/10/2012
Donation Boxes: For donations of $10 $20 $30 the
person will receive a 'Box of Nothing' as a thank you
Penny Wars: Sept. 17th - Nov. 16th
6th grade will get their party Dec. 14th. It was postponed due to
other parties before Thanksgiving.
Candy Bar Sale: Doing great!!! $690 in deposits since September!
School Spelling Bee: Jan. 23, 2013
Fee $60
we provide refreshments
Luau Dance: January 11,2013
Pizza / Water / Soda / chips / candy / decorations
Prizes for Limbo and possibly another activity
Chaperones needed
Applebee's Breakfast: March 3,2013
$6 per ticket. PTO gets $4.50
for each ticket sold by an 8th grade student he/she receives $3 off
Six Flags trip
Volunteers needed: 8th graders & teachers
Student Exhibition Night: March 14, 2013

mailing we will set up a flyer to be sent home to all students.
