March 21, 2017—Beginning next week with the intent to meet monthly, the Cohoes City School District is excited to invite parents and guardians of UPK and Kindergarten students to a new meet-up hosted  by Parent Liaison Brittney Hunt.

Monday, March 27 at Abram Lansing Elementary School

Wednesday, March 29 at Van Schaick Grade School

Friday, March 31 at Harmony Hill Elementary School

All meet-ups take place from 9-10 a.m.

The parent connections gatherings are an opportunity for parents and guardians of the district's youngest learners to come together to provide advice, feedback, and build a network of support for the trials and tribulations of raising 4 and 5 year-olds.

Parents who are "going through it" are incredibly helpful to fellow parents. Sometimes turning to others for tips on how to handle new school routines, or ways to get your child to tell you more about his or her day, can make all the difference!

If your child is in UPK or Kindergarten, please join us!
