Middle and high school student grades and assignments now onlineSchoology Homepage to sign up

cohoes Middle School and Cohoes High School now use Schoology, a web-based system for securely viewing middle and/or high school student grades, assignments and calendar.

With a single login, parents can connect to their child’s teachers to download assignments, view grades and teacher feedback. With the free Schoology mobile app for i0S (Apple) and Android, parents can sign up for push notifications and have complete access from a smart phone or tablet.

Students have begun using Schoology for homework, reviewing grades, and participating in interactive discussions.  A detailed personalized calendar with all assignment due dates is also connected to every student. Access Code Screenshot

While many of the features and usability of Schoology resembles Facebook, it is not a social networking site. It is an educational tool with highly monitored communication filters.

A welcome email from Schoology with login instructions was sent on November 17 to all parents/guardians with an email address on file. Please change the password for your account once you log in for the first time. We recommend using Firefox or Internet Explorer 10.0 or better when online.

Download the free mobile app from the app store.
