The Cohoes City School District is accepting public comment on its 2024-25 Code of Conduct through August 27.
The Code of Conduct is a set of rules and guidelines put in place to foster appropriate student behavior. It also governs the behavior of visitors to our school campuses and at school functions.
Each year we are required to review our Code of Conduct to make updates when necessary and ensure we are in compliance with federal and state regulations.
The Cohoes City School District Code of Conduct was considered by the Board of Education at a public hearing on July 24.

Comments should be sent to District Clerk Mary Rumsey at mrumsey@cohoes.org by August 27, 2024.
It is anticipated that The Code of Conduct will be adopted by the Board of Education at their August 28 meeting.
