“I am thankful for what I have learned, and what we have accomplished, while serving my first term on the Board of Education. This past year, much of the focus was forced to be on Covid regulations and how we could make the best of impossible circumstances. Time after time, our staff, students, and community showed exceptional caring, creativity and resilience in the face of uncertainty. Now, if given the chance, I look forward to refocusing back on the future and not only giving our students an opportunity to succeed, but to thrive and enjoy the path in getting there.”

“I am a Cohoes resident who is actively involved in the community. My son is a senior at CHS and daughter is in fifth grade at Harmony Hill and as a parent I feel it is vital that we continue to offer opportunities in and out of the classroom for kids of all abilities. This past year has made me realize that now is the time to become more informed and get more involved in the decisions that shape our students and their educational experience.”
