I. The Meeting was called to order at 5:01 p.m. by Board President, Mr. Nolin.

MOTION: THAT the Board of Education enters into Executive Session at 5:02 p.m. to discuss matters leading to the appointment, employment, promotion, demotion, discipline, suspension, dismissal or removal of a particular person or corporation.
