- THAT the Board of Education accepts the Minutes of the Board of Education Meeting of March 24, 2021.
- THAT the Board of Education approves a contract with Waterford Union Free School District, 125 Middletown Road, Waterford, New York to provide health and welfare services to students residing in the Cohoes City School District and attending school within the Waterford Union Free School District during the 2020/21 school year at a rate of $968.91 per student.

Effective: April 15, 2021 - BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Education of the Cohoes City School District hereby reinstates Amanda Gebur from the seniority/recall list, pursuant to Education Law §3013, to a position in the Guidance Counselor tenure area, effective May 3, 2021.

- THAT the Board of Education accepts the termination of Austin Miller from his position of Part-Time Teacher Aide.
Effective: March 26, 2021 - THAT the Board of Education accepts the resignation of Kayla Donovan from her position of Part-Time Teacher Aide.
Effective: March 26, 2021 - THAT the Board of Education accepts the resignation of Stacy Riccardi from her position of Full-Time Teacher Aide.

- BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Board of Education of the Cohoes City School District hereby appoints Felicity Dessingue to the position of Full-Time Teacher Aide subject to the rules of the Cohoes Civil Service Commission on an emergency conditional basis, in accordance with the Civil Service Rules, such appointment is a probationary appointment.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT this appointment is made on an emergency conditional basis and subject to both a statement from Ms. Dessingue regarding criminal conviction(s) or pending criminal charges and the receipt of criminal background clearance from the Commissioner of Education. Her continued employment is specifically contingent upon the District’s receipt of notice from the Commissioner of Education that she is fully cleared for employment.
