- THAT the Board of Education accepts the Minutes of the Board of EducationMeeting of November 4, 2020.
- THAT the Board of Education accepts the Minutes of the Committee on SpecialEducation for the following meeting dates: 8/28/20, 8/30/20, 9/1/20, 9/2/20, 9/3/20,9/4/20, 9/10/20, 9/14/20, 9/15/20, 9/17/20, 9/18/20, 9/21/20, 9/22/20, 9/23/20,9/25/20, 9/28/20, 10/2/20, 10/5/20, 10/8/20, 10/15/20, 10/16/20, 10/19/20, 10/20/20,10/21/20, 10/22/20, 10/23/20, 10/30/20, 11/4/20, 11/6/20, 11/10/20 and 11/17/20.
- THAT the Board of Education approves the Agreement with H.M.B. Consulting, 3 Douglas Lane, Voorheesville, New York for food service consultation as outlined therein for the 2020-21 school year at a rate of $7,500.
- THAT the Board of Education approves an Agreement with Mechanical Testing Inc. located at 4 Chelsea Place, Clifton Park, New York to perform testing services for the Harmony Hill Elementary School boiler replacement project as outlined therein Exhibit A and rates as outlined therein Exhibit B.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT this appointment is made on an emergency conditional basis and subject to both a statement from the individual regarding criminal conviction(s) or pending criminal charges and the receipt of criminal background clearance from the Commissioner of Education. The individual’s continued employment is specifically contingent upon the District’s receipt of notice from the Commissioner of Education that she is fully cleared for employment.
